Innovation Policy & Impact
We work with ministries, agencies, and national, regional and European authorities to design, govern and evaluate research, innovation and entrepreneurship instruments across EU Cohesion Policy (ERDF/ESF+/CF/JTF), the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), and the European Defence Fund (EDF). The aim is simple: allocate scarce public money where it creates learning, spillovers and private co investment, and document results that withstand audit. Work spans scheme design, call architecture, evaluation frameworks, mid term and ex post assessments, and stakeholder consultations across Greece and the EU.
