THE CASE:<\/h3>\n

Aiming to hone the brainstorming skills of our client\u2019s project groups and accelerate their ability to solve problems creatively, we organized a training workshop that focused on the utilization of TRIZ methodology to facilitate ideation, enhance patent analysis and patent design-around, and ultimately spark innovation.<\/p>\n

TRIZ is a problem solving, analysis and forecasting tool that relies on the study of the patterns of problems and solutions, not on the spontaneous and intuitive creativity of individuals or groups. TRIZ has been developed by over 1500 person-years of research and the study of over two million of the world\u2019s most successful patents, indicating that all innovations emerge from a small number of inventive principles and strategies.<\/p>\n

RISE and Seven Sigma are TRIZ-certified organizations delivering TRIZ masterclasses and technology transfer workshops. <\/p>\n
