header_3_font_size_phone=&#8221;22px&#8221; header_3_font_size_last_edited=&#8221;on|phone&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCEED<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc degree from a top-tier university, in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years of relevant experience in innovation, technology or management consulting and\/or in Greek or EU funded research, innovation or investment programs (for Senior profiles, 5+ years of experience).<\/li>\n<li>Experience that has strengthened your critical thinking and analytical skills, and your ability to structure complex information into clear, concise proposals and deliverables (both oral and written).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet administrative and reporting requirements under strict deadlines and manage multiple projects in parallel.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, with the maturity to understand client needs and help translate them into concrete solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
