THE CASE:
We supported our client in the attempt to refine its research portfolio by exploring the near-miraculous properties of graphene and its possible applications. To do so, we drafted a technology and patent landscape analysis, which is prerequisite for translating findings into new ventures, thus amplifying the impact of scientific excellence. The analysis illustrated the current evolutionary state of graphene, provided adequate insight into global R&D investment and pinpointed areas for future development. The results of this analysis were visualized in a way that allowed for meaningful conclusions to be drawn, including the strategic directions for capitalizing on the emerging technological potential of this recently discovered, industry-disrupting material.
